The
programme and organisation basis of the Szparaga House
On
the day of 22nd June 2003 the programme and organisation bases
of the Szparaga House we established for the first time in the IV SZPARAGA
Family Reunion. The Head of the family and the sixteen member Family
Council were chosen and the programme and organisation basis were accepted.
The
Szparaga House consists of all people bearing the Szparaga name and its
derivations such as Sparaga, Szparago, Szparag, Sparag, Sparage, Shparaga,
Szparagowski, Sparagowski. All people who do not bear those names but have
their roots in the family are also, together with their families, members
of the House.
The
highest power of the House is the annual reunion of the Family; appointing
the Head of the House and the Szparaga Family Assembly belong to their
powers. The duties of the Assembly are:
-
animating the activity of the House as a community,
- caring on the research of full reconstruction of the House history,
- running the Family records, constant bringing up to date the Family
tree,
- focusing on tightening bounds between members of the House living
in the same region, country or abroad through organising local meetings,
giving support and neighbourhood help,
- aiming at involving members from France, Germany, Canada, the USA
and Ukraine in the projects and assignments of our Family,
- supporting the integration of the youth as our successors of the
idea of the family community development,
- searching different opportunities of supporting the education of
the younger generations as one of the aspects of financial existence of
the House members.
The
financial means on the activity the Family come from members’ voluntary
fees. The analysis and control over the finances are run during every
reunion by the chosen members as it has been on the previous reunions. The
whole financial analysis is open for every member of the House during each
annual reunion.
Creation
of the family tree of the Szparaga House is, in a sense, a chronicle
written as a remembrance for the living ones and for the future
generations. The duty of every member of the House is to cooperate in
writing the family tree that is constantly brought up-to-date and widening.
Important notice is that every member of the House may ask to conceal his
or her data, due to privacy reasons, from the public. |
