Invitation to the IX Szparaga Family Reunion

Dear Family,

On behalf of the Szparaga Family Committee I'd like to invite you and your relatives to take part in the IX Szparaga Family Reunion, which will take place in the period of 4th-6th July 2008. The main celebration will take place on Sunday, the 6th of July, in Boniewo, district of Włocławek. During the Reunion I suggest you to stay in the nearby camp "HURTAP", situated in forest, by a beautiful lake, next to a small town, Chodecz (http://hurtap.pl/about_chodecz.html - for English version click on the English flag in the right top corner ). During the stay we'll make a tour on the land of our ancestors, and during evenings we'll be feasting. If you decide to stay in Poland longer, and see other parts of your ancestors' fatherland, I advise you to use the camp as a starting point, due to its location in central Poland. From Mike I got information that this year are coming: Mike with his wife Kia and sister Sandy, John Sparaga (from Anchorage) with wife Mary and daughter Lauren or son Joseph. As you know, Mike and Kia have been on the Reunion in 2006. If you have any questions - concerns, I think you can turn to them. Arrival to the Reunion has also been confirmed by Aleksander Szparaga from Minsk, from Belorus and his family. I've established contact with Aleksander last year. Imagine, that he had no idea his name has polish roots. He was born in Russia and never met any other Szparagas. I'm addressing this invitation only to you, the ones I've got emails to. So for this reason I?m asking you to redistribute this invitation among other members of our Family (Daniel-show it to your father Frank, in Chodecz, there is his grandfather's grave).

Cost of stay in HURTAP, full board accommodation per day per person is about 25 USD. Currently I've initially booked rooms for 70 people for a stay from 4th - 7th July and for 30 people from 7th - 14th July. In the next 2 weeks I have to confirm the final numbers and make a down payment - 40%. The camp is popular and that's why we have to make reservations and pay in advance. I'm asking you the quickest possible answer in this case. You can count on my concrete help in all other concerns about your coming to Poland.
